Features
Create an account and welcome
If registration is switched on, the sign-in page shows “No account yet? Create one”. Enter your email, confirm with the tick box that you are at least 18 years old and accept the terms of use and the privacy policy, and click the link in the email – only then is your account created. Disposable addresses are not accepted. Without your own key you can look around; answers need your key.
Signing in again
There is no password. On the sign-in page you enter your address and get a fresh link each time (valid for 15 minutes) – on a second device too. You come back to the area you used last. You stay signed in as long as you open the app at least every 14 days.
Deleting your account
Under Settings › Account you delete your account: to confirm, you type your email address. Both areas are deleted with all chats, notes, documents, projects, team rooms, routines and keys; connected apps are disconnected. Backups disappear on their own after the periods in the privacy policy (on the server usually after 7 days). Before that you can download the notes there as a ZIP file – for each area separately. You can create a new account with the same address at any time later.
Welcome in five steps
What for; your companion (name, look, voice with a sample, role, four sliders, informal or formal address – see “My companion”); your key plus a daily cap; apps (connect them under Connections once the connection service is set up, otherwise “coming soon”; always skippable); first task: describe your business in one sentence, get three matching first tasks and choose “As text” (result in the chat) or “Start in conversation” (with an OpenAI key, conversation mode starts with that task). The sentence about your business goes into your profile. You can stop and continue later in the welcome.
One key is enough
Add your keys under Settings › “AI access”. One key is enough: with only OpenAI or only Anthropic your companion picks a matching model automatically (see Settings › Models & budget). Research (sources from the web) runs on your Anthropic key – without it your companion honestly says “Research needs Anthropic access”. If a key is rejected, the message names the provider so you check the right one.
