Routines and pictures

A routine is a task that runs regularly (“every day at 9”, “every 24 hours”). Create it on the Routines page, in the chat, or in a team room (“Set up as routine”). Each routine has its own daily cap. Routines write drafts; sending, posting or paying always needs your approval. Each routine shows a log and can be paused, resumed or deleted.

Pictures: say “make a picture of …” in a chat with a project selected. It uses your own OpenAI key, costs a little (counts towards the cap) and is saved as a file in the project. If a picture fails, your companion says why in one sentence (e.g. the provider declines the subject, or the key was rejected). Team-room steps can create pictures too; figures for your companion are made under “My companion”.
