“Genie” is the name of your companion until you give it one of your own – you can rename it any time under “My companion”.
Who it is for
For people at the office, for small businesses and for all the private things that pile up: preparing emails, capturing ideas, planning projects, keeping an eye on the web.
The principles
- Voice first. You speak, your companion answers – typing works too, of course.
- One voice, two brains. One brain knows you and your notes, the other looks things up on the web with sources.
- Chat to talk, Atelier to make. In chat you discuss things; in the Atelier a team of AI colleagues works on your goal.
- Nothing goes out without approval. Emails, posts and anything that changes something only run after you click “Approve”.
- Your own keys. You use your own access at OpenAI or Anthropic and pay for the AI directly there.
- Private and Business kept apart. Two areas, cleanly separated down to the database.
Pilot phase (beta)
Fine Techs Companion OS is in its pilot phase: much already works well, some things are still changing. The app itself costs nothing during the pilot phase; you pay for the AI through your own key – one chat answer usually less than a cent. Pricing for companies on request.
