Private and Business

You have two separate areas: Private and Business. The top of the sidebar (on phones: top right) shows which area you are in – coloured dot and word. One click switches.

• What you create in one area (chats, projects, knowledge, tasks, team rooms, routines) is not visible in the other.
• The second area is created the first time you switch.
• The first time you switch, the app asks whether to use the same key in the new area. Only your click copies it.
• If the first sentence of a new chat or team room sounds like the other area, your companion asks where to put it.

Looking into the other area (only with consent)

If your companion needs something from the other area for a task (for example your private appointments for a business plan), it asks once per task: “May I look at your private appointments for this task?” Only after “Allow” does it read – read only, only for this task. Every access is listed under Settings → Access between areas, where you can withdraw your consent at any time. Without consent the areas stay separate.
